We believe that your data belongs to you. Our philosophy is simple: Privacy by Design. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.
In short: We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data.
Data Collection & Usage
We are a local-first iOS Native Application. This means:
- No Account Required: You do not need to register, sign in, or provide any personal information to use KeeNotes.
- No User Data Collection: We do not track your usage, we do not read your notes, and we do not upload your content to our servers.
- No Cookies: Since we do not operate a web-based service for user accounts, we do not use Cookies or similar tracking technologies.
Third-Party Services
To ensure the stability, security, and availability of our remote features, we utilize infrastructure provided by Cloudflare.
We do not use any third-party analytics (like Google Analytics, Mixpanel), advertising frameworks (like AdMob), or payment processors within the app.
Please note that while we do not collect data, basic network traffic data (such as IP addresses) is inherent to the functioning of the internet and may be processed by Cloudflare in accordance with their Privacy Policy to deliver content and prevent DDoS attacks.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store any of your personal data on our servers, there is technically no personal data for us to delete or export upon request.
Data Deletion: You have full control over the data stored locally on your device. You can delete your notes or the entire application at any time, which will remove all associated data from your device.
Children’s Privacy: KeeNotes is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
